  • No! You will supply all the alcohol. But don’t worry, we will provide you with an alcohol shopping list so you know what to purchase! Any alcohol remaining at the end of the event will be yours to keep.

  • We do! We have different package options that can include our specialty garnishes.

  • To ensure the safety of all guests your bartender(s) has been trained to not serve shots. (including straight up, martinis, on the rocks, etc.) We do, however, offer a mixed shot option if you choose to do the longhorn shot ski that is limited to two mixed shots per person.

  • Our bartender's goal is to not allow guests to reach this level, however, if they do feel someone is overly intoxicated they will discontinue service to the guest.

  • Per most state laws, our bartenders will check the ID of anyone they feel may be under the age of 21.

  • Yes! All of our bartenders are licensed, and we carry General and Liquor Liability insurance.

  • We are located out of Central New Hampshire. We service all of New England!

  • We will arrive 2 hours before the scheduled event to set up unless other arrangements have been made.

  • The bar will need to be set up in a safe level location, due to weight, the wagon cannot be on a hill or slanted area.

  • We require 50% due at booking to secure your event and the remaining balance to be paid at least 30 days before your event!

  • All but $150 of the deposit is fully refundable if canceled 45 days or more from the event date; however, the full deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 45 days from the event. Rescheduling allowed within 1 calendar year.

  • Once you have checked out our packages, begin by completing an inquiry form so that we can contact you and gather more details about your event. We will work with you to customize a package to your specific wants and needs!
